We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Treasury Operations & Systems Specialist, reporting to the Head of Treasury Europe.

The Role:
The Treasury Operations & Systems Specialist will manage the cash management operations across multiple countries within the region. This role involves managing cash pooling, in-house banking, and ensuring efficient liquidity management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury operations, excellent analytical and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Responsibilities:


Operations:
•    Manage daily cash operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, and reporting.
•    Manage and optimize cash pooling structures to ensure efficient use of funds across the region.
•    Administer the in-house bank, including intercompany funding, settlements, and reconciliations.
•    Ensure adequate liquidity to meet the company’s operational and strategic needs.
•    Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to cash management and treasury operations.
•    Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls related to cash operations.
•    Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and control within cash operations.
•    Preparation of the reports on cash activities to management.
•    Align cash management processes across European countries in scope.
•    Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
•    Continuously gather and analyze data on potential fraud threats.

Cash Flow and Debt:
•    Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to support effective liquidity management.
•    Contribute to the development of rolling forecasts for finance expenses, providing insights for financial planning and decision-making.
•    Collaborate with other departments to address and optimize cash planning.

The Requirements:

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or a professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is a plus.
•    Extensive experience in treasury or cash management, with a focus on cash pooling and in-house banking.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software.
•    Knowledge of SAP (Must Have) and QAD ERP systems (Nice to Have).
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multinational environment.
