What will you be doing?

  • Create demand for ICL product portfolio on the level of Distributors
  • Provide agrotechnical support to distributors and end-users
  • Conduct business development activities for specified business partners and territory
  • Create new business opportunities and clients to assure sustainable ICL business growth in Poland
  • Promote technical knowledge about ICL products and their performance 
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in research/trial activities and experimental development, preparing reports and descriptions
  • Timely completion and transfer of documents and other commercial information
  • Compiling reports, analysis and market forecasts 
  • Strengthening and taking care of the company good image 


What is your background?

  • Professional experience in Agriculture
  • High school/university education in Agriculture
  • Strong interpersonal and self-organization skills
  • Relevant commercial experience in a leading company in the agricultural industry
  • B2B experience 
  • English level B2 and good Polish language skills
  • Strong computer skills (MS Work, MS Excel. PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle complexity, plan and set priorities
  • Champions significant projects/complex tasks
  • Fully proficient in account management

 

This position reports to Sales Team Lead Poland and works within the matrix organization of ICL.This position has no direct reports.
