Job Description

About the role
ICL is seeking a talented and analytical Total Rewards Analyst to join our European Total Rewards team. If you're ambitious, curious, and eager to grow your expertise in a dynamic international environment, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and executing compensation and benefits processes across Europe. You’ll work closely with the Global Total Rewards team, regional HR colleagues, and other internal stakeholders such as HRIS and Finance to ensure the successful implementation of ICL’s Total Rewards strategy.

What you’ll be doing
As a Total Rewards Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining ICL’s compensation practices. You’ll support the rollout of global compensation programs and ensure they are adapted to local market needs. You will conduct country-specific market analyses and benchmarking to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Global Rewards team to ensure clear communication, accurate data, and smooth execution of global initiatives. You’ll also be responsible for conducting job evaluations and supporting the global job architecture framework.
Within Europe, you will serve as the primary point of contact for HR teams on Total Rewards matters. You’ll advise HR and business leaders on compensation topics related to talent acquisition, retention, and union or works council discussions. Additionally, you’ll coordinate annual compensation survey submissions and manage relationships with external survey providers.

What you bring
•    You hold a bachelor’s degree in economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

•    Have strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

•    Your Excel skills are advanced, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and complex formulas; experience with macros is a plus.

•    You’re familiar with HR systems and compensation benchmarking tools and understand European compensation and benefits practices.

Also, you communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally in English. Additional European language skills are an advantage.

What we offer
•    A challenging and versatile role in a dynamic and innovative work environment.

•    Plenty of room for personal initiative and professional development.

•    A competitive salary complemented by attractive secondary benefits.

•    A company culture where safety, sustainability, and employee engagement are key priorities.
