ESG Reporting & Performance Manager

The Role:
The ESG Reporting & Performance Manager plays a key role in advancing ICL’s global ESG strategy. The role combines financial rigor, data analysis, and strong reporting capabilities, with a particular focus on ESG disclosures, regulatory readiness, and sustainable finance frameworks. The analyst will support the development of high-quality ESG reports, ensuring alignment between data, narrative, and regulatory requirements, while working closely with the Global ESG Director and cross-functional stakeholders.
The Responsibilities:
- Lead and support global ESG reporting processes, including ESG reports, CSRD, 20-F and 6-K filings, with strong involvement in content drafting and narrative development
- Actively participate in writing and structuring ESG disclosures and environmental sections in corporate reports
- Manage environmental data processes (GHG, energy, water, waste) ensuring data quality and audit readiness
- Support ESG assurance processes and work with external auditors
- Develop ESG KPIs, frameworks and support sustainable finance activities
- Monitor ESG regulations (CSRD, CBAM etc.) and assess business implications
- Manage ESG ratings and relationships with external agencies
- Lead cross-functional ESG projects and support digital transformation initiatives
The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Engineering
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA or equivalent) – must have
- Experience in Big 4 firms (advantage)
- 5–8+ years of experience in audit, financial reporting, ESG or corporate finance
- Experience working with complex data and reporting processes
- Proven track records with ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD) – advantage
- Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities
- Excellent ability to articulate reports in English, both verbally and in writing (must have)
- Proficient in translating complex data into clear narratives
- Advanced Excel skills (advantage)
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence without authority
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work independently in a virtual, remote, and dynamic environment
- Strong project management and leadership skills
