Job Description

Marketing Coordinator

Location: Poland
Employment contract.

Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

•    Supporting sales team to increase sale of T&O products.

•    Cooperation with all ICL departments to prepare, manage, coordinate and implement marketing plans.

•    Supporting implementation of global marketing campaigns,  working closely with geographically dispersed marketing teams on campaigns. 

  • Poland & Baltics
  • Former Soviet Republics; Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazachstan, etc
  • South-East Europe; Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Albania, etc.
  •  East Europe; Czech, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Moldova


•    Organizing and coordinating marketing communication using the internet and digital channels (social media, CRM, webinars, company websites, Facebook,LinkedIn, YouTube).

  • Building web pages, managing social media posts and processes, building email newsletters, mailing campaigns. 


•    Cooperation with offline media.

•    Organization and participation in fairs and other promotional, marketing events.

•    Supporting the local sales team with marketing materials. Preparation and management of information and advertising materials. Coordinate marketing brochures and other materials flow. Cooperation with advertising agencies printing houses and graphic studios.

•    Managing the marketing budget.

B)    Education:
•    High school/university education
•    Minimum 3-4  years of marketing experience, a solid understanding of marketing strategy and execution including brand positioning,
•    Minimum 3-4  years of relevant experience in an international company
•    Strong interpersonal and self-organization skills
•    English level C1 (Professional)
•    Education or professional experience in agriculture will be a plus

C)    Knowledge and experience:
•    Strong computer skills (MS Work, MS Excel. Powerpoint, SAP)
•    Ability to communicate to different levels in the organization and outside
•    Project management 
•    Ability to handle complexity, plan and set priorities
