About the Job
As the International Sales Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for the sales support and customer service for the Export region which includes Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa, and Middle East. You will work in close contact with your team members and the International Sales managers to serve our distributors in many countries across the globe.

 

About You
We are looking for a hands-on manager who thrives on turning plans into reality. Beyond leading and coaching the sales support team, you are eager to actively engage in enhancing the customer service and experience and drive customer satisfaction. You keep an eye on and drive the service level.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Sales Support assistants/Sales Support coordinators (4 FTE)
  • Responsible for the processes surrounding orders and customers for the Export regions/countries
  • Develop the skill set of the Sales Support Export Sales Team
  • Ensure high level of service and “customer friendly/focused” attitude incl. adequate response times
  • Lead Internal Service/Support Projects for the Region
  • Being an independent intermediary between the Export managers, customers (dealers) and the order processing, logistics and finance departments
  • Work closely together with the International Sales Managers to serve our distributors
  • Support the international sales management by keeping the forecast up to date and assist with sales reporting 
  • Preparing and updating the price lists
  • Monitor the Service Level and jointly with Supply Chain set improvement initiatives for better service in the export area
  • Ensure Compliance with ICL Policies (e.g. due diligence/distributor agreements/credits)
  • Ensure that conditions and agreements with customers are recorded

  • Experience with CRM , ERPS systems

 
Location:  Waardenburg, the Netherlands (partially home office).
