As the International Marketing Communications Manager for the Ornamental Horticulture business segment at ICL Growing Solutions, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive marketing communication planning with detailed roadmaps. You will translate this plan into impactful projects, considering sales objectives, market trends, and customer needs. Your role will focus on enhancing the corporate and product brand positioning, working closely with both international and local partners. 

About the Job
Your role will focus on translating strategies into actionable, measurable, and tangible outputs. This requires direct involvement in campaign creation, content development, and on-the-ground execution across multiple regions and channels. As a hands-on leader, you will balance strategic vision with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and collaborate closely with teams to ensure successful implementation.

Additions to Main Responsibilities

• Take a proactive role in crafting and reviewing marketing materials, ensuring they align with messaging strategies.
• Actively participate in campaign development and rollouts, working side-by-side with local teams to bring ideas to life.
• Serve as a key executor, not just a strategist, by personally contributing to major projects such as digital transformations, lead management, and customer experience initiatives.

In this role, you will report to both the VP ICL Marketing & Communication and the Global Category/International Marketing Manager Ornamental Horticulture. You will be team member the International Marketing Team of Ornamental Horticulture. 
 
 
About you
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Communications professional that understands how to work in an international matrix organization. Experience in a B2B setting is of added value. You are a true expert in the field of marketing and communications and combine this with a hands-on mentality. • A creative individual to (help) develop impactful materials, generate original concepts, and craft compelling visual storytelling. 
• Experience with digital communication, SEO/SEA, social media, analytics.
• Very good planning and organizational skills. 
• Fluent in English, other languages are more than welcome.

 
Location: Preferably The Netherlands, Waardenburg (with the possibility of remote work).
