CRM Specialist (1 fulltime)


As the CRM Specialist you play an important role in the marketing communication team for Specialty Fertilizers.

There are three main topics on your agenda: the CRM system, email marketing and lead management.

 

Together with the digital team in cooperation with sales, you manage a roadmap for the CRM system(s). 

 

Together with sales and marketing you define a proper lead management procedure. You help countries set up their lead management pilot projects, implement automation processes and build dashboards.

 

Email marketing is also high on your list. You support the marketing communication team with templates, sends, analytics, automations etc. Together with the graphic designer you set up templates for everyone to use. You train new users and are up to date on new features on the Click Dimensions program. You think of a good way to communicate success and report key learnings.

 

As a CRM Specialist you are up to date with the latest trends in the field of CRM. You are familiar with suppliers and systems and always look for ways to improve, and for things to learn from other types of businesses. You upgrade your knowledge on a regular basis by taking courses or joining workshops.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Management and development of CRM system MS Dynamics 365
  • Training and adoption of system
  • Data quantity and quality
  • Management of email marketing tool Click Dimensions
  • Support in campaigns central and local
  • Lead management procedure
  • Reporting / dashboards

For this role you will need :

  • Higher education in communication and/or marketing
  • NIMA B level of digital marketing
  • Intercultural experience
  • A big passion for customer relation management
  • 3+ years of experience in an international company, in the field of customer relation management
  • Extensive experience with MS Dynamics 365 and preferably with Click Dimensions
  • Very good planning and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English, other languages are more than welcome
  • The ability to turn data into information
  • Flexibility to meet the ever-demanding needs of colleagues
  • The ability to convince others
  • A sense of humor because sometimes content needs to be fun (and also because at the office we do not need to be serious 100% of the time)

 

In this role you will report to the Head of Digital (Israel) but collaborate on a daily basis with the Marketing Communication Manager for Turf & Ornamental (NL).
