As the VP, ICL Growing Solutions Ag.- North America, you will lead the growth strategy of the North America (US, Mexico, Canada) agriculture division portfolio and will have an overarching responsibility for all Crop Nutrition activity in North America, promoting and developing our brands, sales and distribution to expand our presence in those markets.

You will be responsible for leading division commercial activity in this geography including commodities, fertilizerPlus & specialty fertilizers ag market & customer growth. ICL’s North America Ag market is currently valued at about $200M USD.
You will lead a diverse team of ~30 commercial managers, agronomy professionals and customer service coordinators based in US and Mexico. Main interfaces include main key accounts, potential customers, distributers, senior management, NA HQ, Planning and SC and production managers.
Main responsibilities include:
- Development and execution of sales and go to market strategies
- Build strong brand and enhancing presence the market
- Rationalize and re-scope existing business to explore new markets and build a differentiating service model
- Maximize the leadership of Specialty Fertilizer products, including increased sales & margins
- Promote fertilizer plus position in market and deepen presence
- Build and maintain a professional local team
What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?
- Vast experience in NA Agro markets. Minimum 10 years’ experience in commercial roles in large global companies from the agriculture business
- Bachelors degree required
- Excellent commercial skills
- Technical and agronomical knowledge
- High analytics and market intelligence skills
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Ability to manage through influence
- Strong team management & leadership skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and make quick deliverables
