:Department/ unit description
The unit manages the global headquarters systems of Israel Chemicals. In addition, the unit manages new projects of characterization, implementation and ongoing support of new systems that are required by the headquarters and the main users who work at the company's headquarters

The unit is responsible for leading and initiating innovation projects in the field of finance as well as leading and improving global processes which are under the responsibility of the financial headquarters at ICL

:Areas of responsibility

Consolidation system – BFC 
Manage some of the main Consolidation system projects 
Manage and implement work processes in the consolidation system in cooperation with BFC System owner 
Troubleshooter during the Reporting process

 Manage the Financial information management (FIM) system maintenance, support and projects in cooperation with the FIM System owner

 Responsible for the SOX System including all the SOX documentation, process and procedures ect

Manage the Board of director system in accordance with the Secretary department’s needs

Manage the planning system


:Job demands
Bachelor's degree in economics or accounting
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related fiel
At least 3-4 years of experience in IT-Finance positions
Proven Experience for at least 3 years with ERP – Finance modules or Consolidation system implementation and configuration
Proven experience in design, building and customizing planning models
Proven management experience and ability to lead Global and complex cross-organizational projects
Strong English skills, speaking, reading, and writing is required
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks efficiently
Self-learner, Motivated, and provision of service skills
