:Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities
As the Investor Relations manager, your main responsibilities will be to support the VP of Investor Relations and the CFO in financial, communications, and administrative efforts.  You will also partner with accounting, FP&A, the business segments and the Investor Relations financial analyst in the United States


:Financial
Responsible for all aspects of Israeli IR program, including all buy- and sell-side relationships, scheduling and staffing all meetings and calls, managing local earnings call and materials, and all other elements
Primary liaison with investor community in Israel – responsible for answering any inbound questions and coordinating outreach
Maintain financial model containing analysts’ quarterly and annual earnings estimates
Manage peer earnings models on quarterly and ad hoc basis
Develop and maintain other valuation models, as needed


:Communications
Prepare and update various investor relations materials, including presentations, factsheets, IR website content and other materials
Develop and maintain key portions of investor Q&A backup
Contribute to quarterly and annual earnings preparation
Track and report on analyst notes, and industry and peer news


:Administrative
Plan and execute investor outreach with Israeli marketing and tracking related interactions
Coordinate both on-site and remote meetings and manage corresponding meeting materials
Arrange and manage active, complex and detailed itineraries, agendas and travel plans for CFO and VP of Investor Relations, as need


:Other
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding wide range of material, non-public information
Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters proactively, following through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures


:Experience/Skills Required
Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field
Strong finance and communications skills
Positive internal and external service attitude
Self-starter who is strong analytically and who can work independently
Strong computer proficiency skills in MS Office, including solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoi
