Head of Financial Consolidation Systems

The Financial Consolidation System Unit at ICL is seeking a passionate and driven manager to lead our team.
The unit plays a vital role in ICL's corporate finance, developing, implementing, and managing the system that generate legal and managerial reports.

What will your responsibilities be?
- Lead the development and implementation of the financial consolidation system, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment, motivating and mentoring your team.
- Translate users needs into actionable solutions.
- A professional with proven experience managing and implementing financial consolidation systems (SAP-BFC advantage).
- A leader with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate globally.

What are we looking for?
- Ability to lead a global and cross-organizational projects and teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting –  CPA.

- 2+ years experience in Consolidation system implementation. Business consolidation system (BFC or implementation of other finance modules ) .
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field - Advantage.
- Proven experience in preparing consolidation financial statements of global companies.
- Proven record in IT-Finance fields - Advantage.
- English/Hebrew Proficiency.
