We are the Global Finance and Accounting department with cross-regional finance departments. To meet our challenges, we implement best practices, provide financial support, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, including results analysis. We also design global policies and procedures that meet accounting standards and SEC guidelines, as well as are responsible for implementing an effective internal control in the organization in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404

 

:Brief job description
Areas of responsibility
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS including analysis of the results and verification of their accuracy
Leading the global financial reporting processes within the Global consolidation ERP, including creating global guidelines for all financial teams across the board and proactively monitor their proper implementation
Hands-on leader who is a functional expert in accounting and financial reporting related matters who will provide the guidance for the group finance teams and other departments and ensure execution in excellence
Work closely with the company's finance management
Provide periodic presentations to the company's management and board
Ensure controls over financial reporting processes are in place and excellently executed
Oversee and support the global group audit over the scoped entities across the board
Work with other functional teams to improve financial system processes and support cross company initiatives


:Job demands
:Education and experience
CPA from one of the Big 4 firm with 6-years' experience
Extensive experience in preparing financial statements according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Knowledge and ability to analyze financial statements and an economic and business understanding
Fluency in English – verbally and in writing
Managerial experience
Experience working with public global companies - an advantage for working with dually listed companies traded in US
Familiarity with BFC (SAP) – an advantage
High Microsoft Office programs skills
