Global Accounting & Regulatory Reporting Manager

Unit description:
We are the Global Finance and Accounting department with cross-regional finance departments.
To meet our challenges, we implement best practices, provide financial support, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reporting, including results analysis.
We also design global policies and procedures that meet accounting standards and SEC guidelines, as well as are responsible for implementing an effective internal control in the organization in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Lead and manage the analysis of ICL's quarterly and annual consolidated results and businesses environment vis-à-vis the divisions' CFO and with ICL's group controller and CFO.
- Responsible for the compliance with the SEC regulation and over the reporting process to SEC (quarterly and annual 20F).
- Understanding and analyzing accounting issues, while providing a professional response to reporting issues that arise across ICL.
- Lead the communication and collaboration with the IR VP manager and her team, including validation and filling of all IR materials.
- Lead the communication and collaboration with the global economic department, including supervision and validation of all transferred information and the preparation of Board presentation.
- Interact with cross the board financial teams and provide input and guidelines to maintain consistency and compliance with global requirements.
- Leading annual project as Reserves and ESG disclosures which require a substantive investment in learning and managing. These projects require a unique expertise and strong managerial skills.
What are we looking for?
- CPA or Economist from a big 4 firm with 4-5 year experience (Manager or Senior).
- Fluent English at a very high level– verbally and in writing - a must!
- Experience working with public global companies . An advantage for working with listed companies traded in US.
- High Microsoft Office programs skills.
- Highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills, inter-personal and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Successful in a dynamic, fast-moving work environment.
