Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Strategy Manager to help lead key strategic initiatives and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth within ICL.
You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to establish strategic frameworks, support business planning processes, and identify and capitalize on business development opportunities.
You will also support M&A activities and partnership agreements.

 

What will your responsibilities be?

- Strategic Leadership: Promote the development and execution of the corporate strategy, aligning it with the company's long-term goals and vision.
- Strategic planning: Support ICL's business divisions in ongoing strategic planning processes and serve as a trusted advisor to ICL's executives with respect to key business initiatives.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Business Development: Identify and evaluate potential business development opportunities, both within and outside the company, that align with the corporate strategy.
- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Support M&A efforts, including target identification, due diligence, negotiations, and integration planning.
- Partnership: Develop and manage strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the company's market position and growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, including sales, marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure alignment with the corporate strategy.
- Customer and Partner Interaction: Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Understand their needs and collaborate on strategic initiatives.

 

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. (MBA a plus).
- 4-7 years' experience working in a top tier management consulting firm, corporate development role, corporate strategy or similar roles.
- Proven experience in building strategic frameworks, strategic planning, conducting market research and implementing strategic plans.
- Experience in M&As and/or partnerships – a plus.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make structured data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
