Corporate Strategy Director

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, seasoned Corporate Strategy Director to lead strategic initiatives and help shape the future of ICL.
This high-impact role will focus on driving growth, aligning strategic priorities, and identifying new market opportunities.
You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute initiatives that advance ICL’s vision.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Collaborate with ICL’s executive team to define our current position and markets, future goals, and strategies to bridge the gap.
- Identify and assess expansion areas beyond ICL’s current business and markets, leveraging innovative approaches to enhance value.
- Support business unit leaders in aligning strategic needs with business objectives and collaborate across the organization to develop actionable strategies.
- Create models and business cases to drive decision making and assessment of high-value opportunities.
- Support inorganic execution and integration of M&A, partnerships, JVs and other.
- Drive thought leadership by identifying trends, monitoring the competitive landscape, benchmarking and best practices, and recommending growth opportunities.

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years in corporate strategy and senior management consulting.
- Experience in an international strategic management consulting firm – a must.
- Proven experience in leading strategic projects  in large, global organizations.
- Proven success in strategic partnerships, business development, and driving results.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple complex projects in fast-paced environments.
