Job Description
As the Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for the overall cash management operation by executing certain required payments, reconciling daily banking activity and identifying entity level funding requirements for all ICL North America entities. Provide weekly reports to Global Treasury and Finance Management. On an as needed basis this individual provides insight to letters of credit, opening and closing of bank accounts. All duties should be performed in accordance with governmental, regulatory, and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury operations, excellent analytical and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Location:
This position will be based out of our North American Headquarters office in Creve Coeur (St. Louis) working a hybrid scheduled (3 days in office and 2 days from home)
I’m interested! What will I get to do in this position?
Cash Management:
- Monitoring daily cash positions and banking operations including daily balancing of several bank accounts within bank platform and tracking all activity in those accounts. Serving as a primary administrator for online banking platforms.
Cash Forecasting:
- Obtaining information from all departments/divisions regarding cash needs and/or expenditures, to assist in managing liquidity, optimizing cash availability, and managing debt financing.
Credit processing:
- Work with the Credit Dept in implementation of letters of credit to ensure compliance and reduce risk. Letters of Credit- Assist with the issuance, management, and fees.
Project implementation:
- Collaborate with the IT department to implement new workflows or modify existing one, including conducting thorough testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Mergers/Acquisition/Divestitures:
- Working with management when acquiring or divesting companies to provide insight into the banking systems and what changes are needed (with procedures, securities needed, etc.)
Banking liaison:
- Communicate and assist with bank team to in resolving issues, providing administrative support for changes.
What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent job-related experience is required.
- Prior banking and /or treasury experience required.
- Excellent time-management skills with demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines.
- SAP experience or similar ERP system experience.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
What will set me apart:
- Prior international treasury, finance, and/or banking experience a plus
- Strong understanding of banking platforms, SWIFT network, payment formatting (international and domestic) and ability to deal with banks on issue resolutions.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements (SOX).
Compensation at ICL:
If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
Salary Range: $64,000 - $88,000 based on experience
Annual Bonus Target: 5%, subject to plan provisions.
