Job Description

As the Third Party Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for third party warehouses, terminals, transloaders, and tolling operations.  In this role, as part of the North America Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for working to support over $400 million in annual shipments for the Phosphate Specialty Division. As an individual, you will oversee all ICL policies and procedures to ensure product safety, security, material handling, inventory control, and customer shipments are adhered to.  In addition, you will be the first line contact for the Third Party sites regarding SAP transaction support as well as issues related to customer orders and shipments. 

 

Location: This position will be based at our North American Headquarters office located in St. Louis (Creve Coeur) working a hybrid schedule. 

 

I’m interested! What will I get to do in this position? 

  • Collect data for key performance indicators.
  • Maintain records in compliance with ICL records retention policy while keeping accurate records for ICL internal and external audits.
  • Inventory management and monthly inventory reconciliation.
  • Create and coordinate stock transfer orders between Third Party sites and ICL Plant locations.
  • Support and participate in Third Party site audit process, budget process, and cost control at 3rd party locations.
  • Interact with the business, sales, and customer service teams regarding Third Party site issues while also investigate customer complaints to develop corrective actions with sites.
  • Provide training to Third party sites as necessary.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing enforcement of Responsible Care and other ICL programs.
  • Special project implementation including but not limited to cost savings, process improvements, and procedure documentation.
  • Update the SharePoint site and other document management systems.

 

What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role? 

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • SAP or related ERP experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Adaptable team player with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to contribute process improvements to help simplify job tasks and challenge the status quo.  
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to function independently and/or in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English verbal and written communications.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally less than 10% of the time.
  • Availability to be on call after normal business hours as shipments and orders come up.  This will include occasional weekends as needed.
  • Ability to be a self-starter Inventory management accuracy is a must in all third- party roles.

 

What will set me apart?

  • 3 or more years of warehousing or manufacturing operations experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Compensation at ICL:

If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).

 

Salary Range: $60,000 - $71,000


Annual Bonus Target: 5%, subject to plan provisions.
