Job Description

As the Supply Chain Manager for the Growing Solutions Division, you will lead and optimize planning, warehousing, and transportation operations. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction while supporting business growth and sustainability goals.

  • Oversee supply chain processes, including planning, inventory, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Lead and develop the supply chain team to achieve goals.
  • Optimize inventory, minimize costs, and meet customer demand efficiently.
  • Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement in performance and service levels.
  • Manage warehousing, ensuring accurate inventory, efficient space use, and safety compliance.
  • Work with 3PLs and internal teams for timely, cost-effective deliveries.
  • Streamline logistics processes to reduce costs and improve delivery performance.
  • Align supply chain plans with production schedules, customer demand, and seasonal needs.
  • Conduct capacity planning and address supply chain risks.
  • Collaborate with production, sales, and procurement on inventory and delivery timelines.
  • Proactively resolve risks like delays, safety incidents, and disruptions.
  • Use data insights to improve processes and resource utilization.
  • Implement technology for better supply chain visibility and efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.


What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role? 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, preferably in the agriculture, fertilizer, or chemical industries.
  • Strong knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or QAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience managing third-party logistics providers and freight carriers.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, develop actionable insights, and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and team development.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems proactively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations related to warehousing and transportation operations.

Compensation at ICL:

If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).


Salary Range: $89,000 - $123,000 


Annual Bonus Target: 12%, subject to plan provisions.
