Pay Rate: $27.50/hour

 

I’m interested! What will I get to do in this position?

  • Work closely with the planning and warehouse teams to plan and manage optimal inventory levels, balancing service against operating efficiency
  • Lead a top-to-bottom process mapping initiative across the entire business, identifying areas of improvement and ensuring efficient workflow in all departments
  • Engage with different departments to gain a holistic understanding of the organization's operations and integrate insights into the process mapping project
  • Regularly update management on the progress of the process mapping project, presenting findings and proposing actionable recommendations
  • Continuously gather knowledge about the latest trends and tools in supply chain management, especially in the realm of warehouse inventory planning
  • Assist in preparing reports to interface with international partners

 

What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • Completed Sophomore year of College
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as SAP
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various departments and effectively communicate ideas and findings
  • Ability to relocate, if not local to St. Louis area
  • Minimal to no travel required
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods
