Semester(s) Offered: Spring/Summer 2027 (January-August 2027) and Summer/Fall 2027-2028 (May 2027-January 2028)

Pay Rate: $27.50/ hour


I’m interested! What will I get to do in this position? 

  • Work closely with the planning and warehouse teams to plan and manage optimal inventory levels, balancing service against operating efficiency.
  • Engage with different departments and global teams to gain a holistic understanding of the organization's supply chain operations.
  • Regularly update management on the status of the distribution network in North America.  
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports to interface with international partners to maintain target inventory levels in North America.


What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role? 

  • Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or related field.
  • Completed Sophomore year of college.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as SAP.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various departments and effectively communicate ideas and finding.
  • Minimal to no travel required.
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and possess a high level of organizational skill. 
  • Must be able to work in an office environment aligned with the hybrid work schedule in place at ICL.   

 

What will set me apart?

  • Demonstrated experience or coursework in project management or organizational strategies.
  • Familiarity with business process mapping tools or software such as Microsoft Visio.
  • Demonstrated ability to take the lead on projects and a keen interest in driving improvements.
