As the Senior Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in ICL’s Legal and Compliance Department, supporting the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of ICL’s North American compliance program. This individual will work across multiple compliance disciplines, including anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, privacy, global trade, anti-harassment, and antitrust compliance, to help ensure ICL meets its legal and regulatory obligations. The Senior Compliance Analyst will be responsible for conducting training, performing compliance spot checks, supporting internal investigations, drafting and revising policies and procedures, and recommending program improvements to strengthen the company's overall compliance posture.

I’m interested! What will I get to do in this position? 

 

  • Program Implementation and Support: assist in the design, rollout, and day-to-day administration of ICL’s North American compliance program. This includes supporting initiatives related to various compliance programs including anti-corruption (including compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and similar laws), anti-money laundering, privacy, global trade controls, anti-harassment, and antitrust laws and regulations. 

 

  • Training and Education: develop and deliver compliance training programs tailored to the needs of various business units and employee populations across North America. This includes preparing training materials, scheduling and facilitating live and virtual training sessions, tracking completion rates, and maintaining training records. 
    Monitoring and Spot Checks: design and execute periodic spot checks and compliance monitoring activities to assess adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. 

 

  • Investigations: assist in conducting internal compliance investigations, including gathering and reviewing documents, conducting interviews, preparing investigation memoranda, and maintaining investigation files. 

 

  • Program Improvement: proactively identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the compliance program. 

 

What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role? 

  • A bachelor's degree is required. A degree in law, business, finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in a compliance, legal, regulatory, or audit function is required.
  • Experience with one or more of the following subject areas is strongly preferred: anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, privacy, global trade compliance, or anti-harassment, or antitrust compliance. 
  • Prior experience in a corporate legal or compliance department, law firm, or regulatory agency is desirable.

What will set me apart?

  • A Juris Doctor (J.D.) or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
  • Professional compliance certifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or similar credentials are preferred but not required.

Compensation at ICL: If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).


Salary Range: $89,000 - $123,000


Annual Bonus Target: 7%, subject to plan provisions.
