Job Description

As the Total Rewards Analyst, you will be responsible for administering the ICL North America benefits programs in compliance with federal, state and local regulations and established ICL policies. You will assist the Total Rewards Manager in making recommendations for enhancement and/or changes to employee benefit package based on cost, employee preferences, system capabilities and strategic direction. You will also respond to benefits inquiries from the ICL HR Service Center on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries. You will also be part of a team that supports and backs each other up in payroll, compensation & benefits

 

This position is part time. The preferred work location is in our St. Louis, MO North American headquarters. For a candidate with great experience and drive, we will consider home based elsewhere outside St. Louis as long as they are willing to travel at least once per quarter. 


I’m interested! What will I get to do in this position? 
•    Performing benefits administration to include claims resolution, approving invoices for payment, providing reports for allocation/billing charges and communicating benefit information to employees
•    Managing disability, health, and life benefits and retirement plans (DB & DC plans)
•    Responding to benefits inquiries from the ICL HR Service Center on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries with top notch customer service
•    Managing COBRA, EAP, FSA, HRA, HSA and Wellness plans through third-party administrators
•    Managing all leaves of absence programs including FMLA, STD and LTD
•    Managing the annual open enrollment process
•    Backing up the payroll processor
•    Other duties as assigned

 

What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role? 
•    Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field of study
•    Two years’ experience in HR and/or benefits administration
•    Extensive experience may be considered in place of a degree
•    Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

 

What will set me apart?
•    Prior experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll
