As part of the HRIS team, you will work to deliver outstanding employee experiences through projects and processes that seek to improve the employee’s lifecycle. Your role will be to drive workforce adoption, simplify people processes, and deliver people data and insights to business management. In this role you will work directly with the global and regional HR process owners and HR Operations hubs, as well as the global HRIS and HRIT team, to optimize the global HRIS landscape and harmonize the applications and automation of business processes. You will report to the HRIS Lead Europe & North America. The ideal candidate is highly motivated with a positive attitude, and exhibits patience, teamwork, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.

 

I’m Interested! What will I get to do in this position?

  • Consulting with the HR team and other departments to determine HRIS needs and support the implementation of company-wide HR processes.  
  • Drive standardization, simplification, automation, and efficiency gains within our HR processes
  • Serves as functional technical support for projects; assists in gathering requirements, writing business process procedures and working on system integrations
  • Quickly learn new technologies, think out-of-the-box to find creative solutions, and communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Provide training and technical support
  • Create reports to support the business needs and for required government reporting
  • Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS

  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and in-depth
  • Strong and highly organized project management skills and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences in an easily-understood, assertive, and actionable manner

  • Good understanding of project management and the most common methodologies

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, HR or equivalent work experience and practical knowledge
  • Minimum 3 years of HRIS experience (preferably working with SuccessFactors) 
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office software tools and advanced level of Excel
  • Experience in international organizations across multiple geographies preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work on projects requiring organizational and great time-management skills

 

Job Level: 14 - 15 commensurate with skills and experience.
