Job Description
As the HR Operations Administrator, you will work with the HR Operations and Talent Acquisition team to assist our employees, candidates and managers to ensure an excellent experience. This is a part-time position working 25 hours per week, with 4 days in the office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) and 1 day from home (Wednesday). The working hours will be between 8 AM and 5 PM, and the actual hours will be agreed to upon hire. The HR Operations Administrator interacts with all stakeholders to ensure their questions are answered timely and accurately. This is a customer-facing role which is critical for the entire HR Team.

Where is this position located?
This position will work 4 days per week at our North American Headquarters office located in St. Louis (Creve Coeur, MO), and one day per week from home.
I’m interested! What will I get to do in this position?
- Assist with follow-up to employees for all HR-related inquiries, including but not limited to: Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Learning and Development, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Facilities.
- Respond to employee questions received through inbound calls or emails; research questions and follow up with the requestor as appropriate.
- Triage incoming emails to determine the appropriate channel for resolution; assess the requestor’s needs and resolve within established service level agreements and according to procedures, or escalate as appropriate.
- Support talent acquisition, including travel, updating forms and processes, and interview scheduling.
- Monthly concur reporting and follow up
- Handle billing and purchase requisitions
- Manage daily office items such as mail, coffee, supplies, and facilities.
- Back – up duties will include the administration of the background check process and new hire paperwork. Handling confidential, sensitive employee data through the SuccessFactors system and ADP system when needed.
What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience working in an office or human resources department preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- PC proficient, including strong MS Office skills (Excel and Word), with a thorough knowledge of email, internet, and database use.
- Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills.
Compensation at ICL: If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
Salary Range: $18 - $25 per hour, commensurate based on experience.
Annual Bonus Target: 3%, subject to plan provisions.
