Scope: As the Financial Analyst – Supply Chain you will be a key leader in ICL’s Global Supply Chain Financial Analysis team.  In this role you will interface with all ICL businesses operating in both the North and South American region including interacting and presenting to all levels of organization.  Success in this position will lead to either roles of increasing responsibility in Global Supply Chain, Finance Management, or Financial Reporting.

Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Provide financial analysis, cost controlling, and financial reporting for Supply Chain Operations throughout the Americas
  • Set up, maintain, and analyze a database of regional logistics costs
  • Serve as the contact person and consultant of regional business unit management within North and South America
  • Central point of contact with Global Finance group related to reporting and savings projects
  • Drive optimization projects through analysis of distribution network and customer interactions
  • Interface with Operational Managers and service providers to analyze and drive improvement projects related to over $35M in transportation, warehousing, and equipment spend
  • Analyze, consolidate reporting, and monitor projects related to working capital management(>$250M) 
  • Support Financial Reporting & Business Management in the Forecasting and Budgeting processes
  • Integrate Supply Chain and Logistics costs with business decision making processes including pricing and optimization of sourcing and operational facilities


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Financial budgeting and forecasting experience 
  • Proven experience with monthly variance and inventory reporting analysis
  • Experience issuing monthly financial KPI’s for cost controlling and process improvement
  • Able to act as a key resource for preparing financial data for internal and external auditors
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills


What Will Set You Apart:

  • 5 or more years of finance, budgeting, forecasting, and/or cost analysis experience
  • Working knowledge and experience within SAP 
  • Business Warehouse reporting experience 
  • SOX, audit knowledge
  • R3 SAP experience in FI and CO
