Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Digitalization and Salesforce Analyst to lead the sales systems transformation project in Brazil , including post-implementation sales systems management . This initiative involves migrating from legacy, homegrown systems to the Salesforce suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud and SAP system integration. The Analyst will drive seamless collaboration with local teams in São Paulo while maintaining effective communication with global counterparts. This role also includes aligning project deliverables with global IT standards and ensuring a successful Salesforce Suite implementation. Post-implementation, the Analyst will take responsibility for the ongoing management and optimization of the CRM system in Brazil, as part of the global solution. 
In addition, job responsibility includes support for local implementation for Brazil of the e-commerce solution as well as other customer-oriented applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
•    Oversee the end-to-end management of the Salesforce implementation project in Brazil, ensuring timely delivery of milestones while adhering to scope, budget, and quality standards.
•    Drive the successful adoption of Salesforce CRM tailored to local and global business needs.
•    Co-manage a vendor’s project team, providing leadership, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
•    Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
•    Monitor progress and proactively address issues or bottlenecks.
Team Coordination:
•    Serve as the primary liaison between the local teams in São Paulo, global stakeholders, and executive management.
•    Communicate effectively in Portuguese with the local team and in English with global stakeholders.
•    Provide ongoing support during and after the implementation phase.
Stakeholder Management:
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and marketing, to align project goals with business objectives.
•    Collaborates with the CRM Platform Manager and other relevant parties to design and implement Salesforce CRM solutions.
•    Deliver regular project status updates and reports to leadership in Brazil & Israel.
•    Ensure user adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Technical Oversight:
•    Partner with technical experts to customize and integrate Salesforce solutions.
•    Ensure smooth data migration, system configurations, and alignment with business requirements.

Ongoing Responsibilities:
•    Manage the CRM system in Brazil post-implementation, ensuring it remains aligned with global standards and business needs.
•    Continuously optimize the CRM system to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
•    Analyzes business requirements and translates them into detailed design and technical specifications (FSD) of Salesforce CRM solution 
•    Works closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and enhance customer experience.
•    Provide training and support to users to ensure high adoption and satisfaction.
•    Monitor system performance and address any issues or enhancements needed.
•    Stay updated with Salesforce updates and best practices to keep the system current and effective.
 

Requirements

Education and Experience:
•    Master's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    Proven experience in managing Salesforce CRM implementation projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
•    5+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years managing Salesforce teams.
•    Advantage: Experience with Salesforce and SAP integration.

Technical Skills:
•    Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, data migration, and integration processes.
•    Excellent understanding of the complete ecosystem that Salesforce operates in, including integrations with third-party tools and alignment with enterprise IT landscapes.
•    Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Language Skills:
•    Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Soft Skills:
•    Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
•    Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams, vendors  and stakeholders.
•    Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
