Position Summary
The HR DEX Specialist is responsible for serving as a subject matter expert in HR systems, processes, and data, ensuring efficiency, integration, and continuous improvement of digital HR solutions globally. This role partners closely with the HRIS team to optimize HR systems—primarily SAP and SuccessFactors—and drives the adoption of digital tools to enhance the overall employee experience (DEX) across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR systems, processes, and data, providing guidance and support to HR teams and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with HRIS leadership to align and enhance HR processes, ensuring best practices and system efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze business needs and identify system improvement opportunities.
- Support the implementation of HR transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver customized reports, dashboards, and data analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across HR systems.
- Lead training sessions and enablement initiatives to promote effective use of HR systems.
- Create and maintain user-friendly documentation and training materials.
- Provide global support across regions, delivering multilingual assistance (English and Portuguese).
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Data Privacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or specialization is a plus.
- Proven experience with HRIS platforms, especially SAP and SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and data privacy regulations (e.g., LGPD).
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
Nice to Have
- Experience in HR digital transformation projects.
- Background in multinational/global environments.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience with employee experience (DEX) initiatives.
