Descrição das Atividades

- Ajustes de Pagamentos no Contas a Pagar;

- Lançamentos de faturas no Contas a Pagar;

- Conferência de Impostos Sistema SAP e documento fiscal;

- Emissão de Nota Fiscal de Tomador de Serviços na Prefeitura de São Paulo;

- Lançamentos Manuais no SAP de pagamentos (Sindicatos, Pensão alimentícia e Folha de Pagamento;

Requisitos

- Cursando Superior em Administração, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas – do 2º ao 3º ano;

- Conhecimento intermediário a avançado em Excel;

- Inglês Intermediário;

- Disponibilidade para estagiar por dois anos;

- Necessário ter conexão de internet em casa para acesso remoto (trabalho híbrido), duas vezes na semana no escritório, três vezes em casa.
