Detailed Description:
- Lead, Plan, discuss and execute the schedule for the development of new products, applications,
technological reviews and technical assistance in the region of operation and in synergy with the strategy of ICL Food Specialties;
- Evaluate and make technical recommendations related to the application of new ingredients, formulations or food processing technologies that use ICL products;
- Pay attention to the technologies used in food processing through constant review of technical literature, attendance at seminars and other training and technical updating events;
- Consolidate and ensure the recording of practical activities and tests through test reports, trials and applications using an appropriate tool, which must contain: objectives, formulas, process
conditions, necessary equipment as well as the specific machinery set up;
- Participate in meetings, workshops, seminars and technical sessions related to the segment of activity and in accordance with ICL's annual budget and planning;
- Carry out laboratory tests, pilot tests, prototype production and process scale-up, whether in ICL application plants, in other institutions or at customers;
- Compile information for the registration of new ICL products, prepare preliminary data and technical sheets, as well as calculate, establish and adapt the formulations of ICL products to specific legislation after regulatory consultation;
- Supervise the activities of the Intern;
- Operate and ensure the maintenance of the sanitary and operational aspects of the equipment and all infrastructure associated with the ICL South America Food Applications Center, ensuring its full
operation.
- Preserve and care for the company's intellectual information, as well as confidential information.

Essential: training in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar; English (Advanced); Spanish (Advanced);
Desired: Postgraduate degree (latu or strictu sensu) in related areas; English (Fluent/Native); Spanish (Advanced/Fluent)
