Location: Remote (anywhere in the US)  

 

As a Salesforce Administrator & Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with business partners to solve complex and critical business issues as well as enable CRM and sales processes using Salesforce.com platform.
  • Discovering and documenting business requirements (user stories) and providing scalable designs for the implementation of additional CRM system functionality.
  • Configure Salesforce.com CRM (create/change screen layouts, fields, business rules, validations and workflow) to meet the business requirements.
  • Performing analysis, administration, troubleshooting, testing, software and data environment refreshes.
  • Managing, packaging, and deploying software releases to all environments using robust software development lifecycle methodology.
  • Evaluating Salesforce.com releases and providing an assessment to the business for adopting new functionality.
  • Partnering with the global IT organization to ensure secure and stable system environment.
  • Working closely with subject matter experts, developers, testers, and business partners.
  • Providing thoughtful and thorough support to Top Users to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrating the ability to influence business teams to maximize the applications being developed as well as leveraging the best solutions.
  • Providing Top User training for new functionality.

 

What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years, intermediate to expert level of proficiency in Salesforce.com administrative tasks such as creating user profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards.
  • Unique combination of being business-minded and highly analytical while also having a strong and deep technical background in Salesforce.com.
  • Proven ability to succeed while working independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Strong understanding and experience with data management and relational database design, SQL/SOQL, data formats, table joins, ETL, etc.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SFDC Administrator Certification.
  • SFDC Advanced Administrator Certification.
  • SFDC Consultant Certification.
  • Knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Module.
  • Agile / Scrum background.
     

 

Job Level: 14-15 commensurate on skills and experience
