The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join our team.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in keeping our sales operations running smoothly—supporting customers, processing orders, and working closely with both internal teams and field-based sales colleagues.

What You’ll Be Doing
•    Processing and managing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
•    Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and web
•    Supporting customers by resolving queries and ensuring a high level of service
•    Coordinating deliveries, transport, and despatch activities
•    Maintaining accurate data across systems, pricing, and reporting tools
•    Supporting the sales team with administration and day-to-day coordination
•    Assisting with documentation, compliance tasks, and product information
•    Contributing to marketing support activities and materials where needed

Desirable (but not essential)
•    Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or admin role
•    Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar environment
