About the role:
We're looking for an experienced agronomist to manage and oversee R&D field trials conducted across our global research centers.
Our work focuses on developing innovative chemical and biological fertilizers for sustainable agriculture.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Coordinate field trials and R&D projects globally
- Track budgets, timelines, and trial progress to ensure delivery and alignment
- Provide agronomic insights and recommendations throughout the R&D lifecycle
- Represent the agronomic perspective in R&D projects
- Deliver clear visibility into trial status and resource allocation
- Collaborate with international teams, driving alignment and execution
What are we looking for?
- MSc, MBA or higher in Agriculture or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in field trials and agricultural research
- Strong business thinking and project coordination skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken
- Confident in presenting to stakeholders and decision-makers
