The Human Resources Manager in ICL Neot Hovav, will play a critical role in implementing HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
The primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive HR support to the site managers ensuring a high level of employee engagement, talent development, and effective HR processes.

What will your responsibilities be?
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring effective workforce planning and talent management.
- Provide guidance on organizational structure and drive growth through strategic HR initiatives.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to integrate new employees and foster long-term success.
- Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Advise and support managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development, in collaboration with leadership.
- Coach managers on providing constructive feedback and facilitating development conversations to enhance team performance.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to drive operational excellence and support business growth.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in HR preferred
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Manager
- Solid understanding of Israeli labor laws and regulations
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with key stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and deliver results
- Proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
