As Marketing Manager, Enclosures & Appliances (E&A), you will be responsible for developing and executing the global marketing and growth strategy for the E&A market segment within the ICL Industrial Products Division. The role focuses on identifying and capturing growth opportunities, driving business development initiatives, supporting product commercialization, and strengthening the company's market position across the electronics, electrical, and appliance industries. The position is a key member of the business leadership team and works closely with Sales, Product Management, R&D, Technical Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.

Market Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute the global Enclosures & Appliances (E&A) market strategy.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across key applications, customers, and regions.
- Including Consumer Electronics/Electrical Components/Connectors & Cables/Home Appliances/Energy Storage Systems/E-Mobility Application
- Drive market expansion, new business development, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Support strategic planning and portfolio development.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain market intelligence and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
Value Proposition & Pricing
- Develop and strengthen value propositions for E&A products and solutions.
- Lead customer value management and value-based pricing strategies.
- Support key commercial negotiations and strategic customer engagements.
Innovation & Commercialization
- Partner with R&D and Product Management to identify market needs and innovation opportunities.
- Guide new product development, commercialization, and market launch strategies.
- Evaluate business cases and support investment decisions.
Customer & Industry Engagement
- Build relationships with customers, OEMs, and key industry stakeholders.
- Partner with sales teams to drive growth and customer development.
- Represent the company at industry events and serve as the global marketing lead for the E&A segment.
Success Measures
- Delivery of sales, revenue, profitability, and market share growth targets.
- Successful commercialization of new products and technologies.
- Development of a strong pipeline of growth opportunities.
- Delivery of impactful market insights and strategic recommendations.
- Effective cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement.
What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Polymer Science, Business, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced business degree is an advantage.
- 7+ years in B2B marketing, product management, business development, or related commercial roles.
- Experience in specialty chemicals, polymers, materials, flame retardants, or similar industrial markets.
- Strong knowledge of the Enclosures & Appliances industry and value chain.
- Proven success driving growth, product launches, and commercial performance.
- Experience working in global, cross-cultural environments.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong project execution capabilities.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- International travel as required (approximately 25%-40%) to support customers, industry events, and business development activities.

Compensation at ICL: If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
Salary Range: $112,000 - $169,000
Annual Bonus Target: 20%, subject to plan provisions.
