This role requires regular presence in our Rotem office.
 
Candidates must reside on the Asian side of Istanbul, preferably in Maltepe or nearby districts (Kartal, Kadıköy, Ataşehir, Ümraniye, Pendik).
 

The Role

 

Contribute to service excellence and enhance customer relations & Support the Sales in a Country/Region with order handling, fulfillment/invoicing-payments and ensure compliancy related to customer/distributor relations.

Sales Support Specialist/Coordinator:

 

  • Responsible for the processes surrounding orders and customers for Turkey
  • Being an independent intermediary between the ASMs, customers (dealers) and the order processing, logistics and finance departments.
  • Keeping the forecast up to date via SKEP and assist with sales reporting and forecasting
  • Preparing and updating the price lists.
  • Maintaining close contact with our customers, also debtor management; monitoring overdue payments and reminding customers.
  • Taking care of the registration and handling of complaints
  • Ensuring correct archiving and keeping the information in CRM (customer files) up to date
  • Provide support to the Area Sales Managers for orders, back orders, etc. and general support to the sales department
  • Request support and processing of information from the market and identifying commercial opportunities with customers and proactively advising
  • Assist with mailings to customers and follow up by telephone
  • Sending marketing and promotional materials when required
  • Preparing and elaborating the account plans
  • Ensure that conditions and agreements with customers are properly recorded and filed (e.g. Trade Allowance file)
  • Daily support Country Manager T&O

Education:

 

  • School for Business Administration (advanced)

 

Knowledge:

 

  • Fluent English is a must (speaking and writing) 
  • Good knowledge of MS-office tools, Word, and PowerPoint.          
  • Excellent Excel knowledge and expertise is a must.

 

Experience:

 

  • 3-5 years experience in international customer services, sales support functions
  • International shipments and logistics
