Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Integrated Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns seamlessly integrating various channels while maintaining a cohesive brand message across multiple touchpoints. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams in multiple regions and levels to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.

 

I’m interested! What will I get to do in this position? 

  • Strategic initiatives—Work closely with the Global Head of Digital and Communications to develop and execute integrated marketing plans that use a mix of digital and traditional channels in line with business and segment goals. This may include digital and traditional marketing, events/tradeshows, public relations, content marketing, etc.
  • Global campaigns/initiatives – Develop and manage global campaigns in line with segment (Bakery, Beverage, Dairy/Dairy Alternative, Alternative Proteins) goals to expand growth including market share and revenue, increasing awareness of ICL as a specialties solution company, and driving lead generation across all global segments
  • Digital activities - Manage and support the development of global digital platforms such as websites, digital media, email marketing tools, and more.
  • Content development - Collaborate with global internal stakeholders to create a variety of impactful and creative content that clearly articulates technical concepts to appeal to the core audience.
  • Reporting – Analyze campaign performance by utilizing data drive insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide actionable recommendations for optimization. Assist in the development of reporting methods.
  • Brand consistency and quality – Ensure that all marketing efforts and materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive brand identity. Work with other departments (legal), as needed
  • Partnership management - Manage outside relationships related to marketing initiatives, including agency partners, vendors, etc.
  • Budget management - Assist with budget initiatives including overall and campaign budgets, purchase order and invoice management.
  • Marketing operations – Involved in building global systems and processes
  • Special projects – Perform other responsibilities and duties, as assigned

What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role? 

  • Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within Food & Beverage or similar industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, channels, and tactics, specifically digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaign development and execution
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, and working within budget constraints
  • Creative thinker with an analytical mindset – skilled at integrating creative marketing concepts with technical information
  • Experience working cross-functionally for/in a global, multi-tiered organization
  • Outstanding written, editing, oral communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to create and communicate complex content
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Experience with Martech
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed

Compensation at ICL: If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).


Salary Range: $112,000 - $154,000


Annual Bonus Target: 12%, subject to plan provisions.
