Supply Chain Planner

As our Supply Chain Planner, you are in control of the supply – demand balance of our 3rd party suppliers. Next to this you are responsible for stock management of finished goods within the European warehouses. 

 
More about the role
Your target is to optimize the inventories of finished goods and control stock quality (obsoletes / criticals). For this, you work closely together with the local European sales- and operations teams. 
As part of the team of three members and a manager you are dividing responsibilities.
 

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Mid-Long-term supply planning for the European 3rd party factories; analyze and discuss demand- supply balance (capacity planning).
• Timely scheduling of sufficient and safety margin commodity, semi-finished products and material planning with 3rd party suppliers. 
• Master production planning for Everris factories; monitor production activity, analyze gaps and surpluses and discuss with production planners to adjust schedules where needed.
• Stock management of EU+ ANZ warehouses; develop and execute replenishment plan, control FP inventory targets, and analyze stock level quality (excess, critical / obsoletes). 
• Analyse and report capacity and material constraints.
• Purchase order management and coordinating (creating and follow up).
• Contributing to efficiency and effectiveness projects to optimize stock levels and plant capacities for ICL in Europe. 

About you 
You have a minimum of bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a relevant related field and some relevant work experience. Ideally you are used to work in a European multicultural and corporate environment. You work accurately with good stakeholder management. 
 
Additionally, you bring the following skills:  

• ERP knowledge and experience and experienced with Supply Chain tools (like DSCP) is highly desired
• Energetic, proactive and willingness to learn and develop
• Ability to travel, 10% max

 
Languages Dutch and English are mandatory 
 

Location 
The team is based in Heerlen Netherlands, and we expect someone to come into the office at least 2x per week.
