This regulatory affairs position has a focus on biostimulants and fertilizer registrations.

 

Your main responsibilities

  • Obtain and maintain product authorizations (fertilizers, biostimulants, biocontrols) according to our portfolio strategy for Europe, Turkey, Ukraine.
  • Drive the product registration plan & allocation of regulatory investment for the respective countries. 
  • Carry out regulatory activities for the Biocontrol portfolio such as data matching, dossier preparation, submission, evaluation monitoring and response to authorities, communicating progress and updating deadlines.
  • Ensure product labelling, classification and sales comply with local regulations, provide relevant risk analysis in the region and initiate corrective measures when needed.
  • Maintain Regulatory Affairs Information: product registrations, certificates of registration, approved labels and submitted dossier.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of local regulations: national regulations on fertilizers, biostimulants, organic farming standards, other horizontal regulations and their trends.
  • Be the main point of contact with country authorities in charge of product authorizations.
  • Engage with stakeholders and industry associations to allow a workable regulatory framework.

 

Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience on product registration and regulatory assessment
  • Good knowledge of framework legislation and rules related to Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009  is needed
  • Experience in biocontrol, adjuvants and further biosolutions products
  • Knowledge in Regulation for FPR (EU and national level)
  • Fluency in English and an analytical and assertive way of working for the daily exchange with all relevant interfaces
  • Skilled in handling complex topics
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, structured worker
  • On-time delivery
  • Excellent communication skills

This position can be based in Europe out of France, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany and involves mainly remote working, but also business travel when meetings are needed with teams from different countries in the perimeter.
