The Role:

The main mission for the person in this role is to ensure the highest level of customer service on the Polish market in terms of order processing and coordination of goods shipments.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the efficient execution of logistics processes related to specialized agricultural fertilizers through cooperation with logistics service providers.
  • Direct supervision over unloading, packing, storage, and release of goods from ICL warehouses, as well as the flow of warehouse and transport documentation related to these operations.
  • Coordination of import and export of goods in cooperation with a customs agency.
  • Ongoing customer service, including phone contact, providing sales representatives and customers with information on product availability, sales conditions, and the status of customer orders.
  • Order handling: timely registration of customer orders, issuing sales invoices, collecting transaction documents, and ensuring the correctness of the entire customer documentation.
  • Handling complaints: registering customer complaints and coordinating actions related to their resolution.

The Requirements:

  • Professional experience in logistics and customer service.
  • Knowledge of warehouse handling procedures.
  • Knowledge of customs procedures related to import and export of goods.
  • Good command of English – sufficient for smooth communication in daily work.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.
  • Very good work organization, ability to set priorities, and work under time pressure.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, initiative, commitment, and dynamism in action.
  • High personal culture.
  • Knowledge of QAD will be an additional advantage.
