Contract Manufacturing Coordinator

As the Toll Blending Specialist, you will make daily inventory adjustments in QuickBooks (QB) for toll blenders’ inbound and outbound shipments.

I’m interested! What will I get to do in this position?
Inventory Management:
- Conduct monthly raw material and finished goods inventories for Toll Blending customers.
- Reconcile any discrepancies with inventories, inbounds, and outbounds.
- Conduct spot checks of CAF raw materials correlating to daily production orders.
Account management:
- Servicing new and existing Toll Blending accounts by managing customer relationships and driving growth.
- Providing order updates to customers regarding production scheduling, freight, raw materials, and pricing.
- Working with Operations and Procurement to help with new product development for customers.
- Work along side Procurement to give price quotes to customers on packaging and raw materials.
- Create new line items in QuickBooks for the Orders team in Fresno and Adel.
- Develop product pricing for new and existing toll blender accounts.
Production Scheduling and Onsite Management:
- Manage onsite inventory and production scheduling for toll blender accounts.
Shipping Coordination:
- Collaborate with the freight department to obtain shipping rate quotes and ensure timely delivery of customer products.
Invoice and Accounting Review:
- Review invoices for accuracy and address any issues with the accounting department.
What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or Operations Management is typically preferred or Associate's degree with relevant experience may suffice.
- Courses or certifications in QuickBooks and inventory management software would be advantageous.
- 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, or operations roles.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and other enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.
- Experience in conducting inventory audits and managing production schedules.
- Previous experience in training employees and collaborating with accounting and logistics teams is highly desirable.
- Sales experience within the chemical industry or working with third party co-packers/ contract manufactures would be advantageous
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and training skills for working with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of freight and shipping operations.
Compensation at ICL: If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
Salary Range: $50,000 - $66,000
