The Role

As a General Operative, you will work as part of a small, friendly team to produce and prepare our product range for customers. The role is varied, with opportunities to learn different processes and rotate between tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Weighing and portioning raw materials and blending mixes according to clear recipe instructions
· Operating precise production equipment
· Packing products and preparing pallets for shipment
· Loading/unloading deliveries, warehouse storage, and dispatch
· Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
· Completing production records and reporting any issues
· Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment

· Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
· Friendly, approachable, and a strong team player
· Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
· Flexible and adaptable — willing to learn new tasks and processes
· Reliable, with good attention to detail and a focus on quality
