Customer service representative/Sales assistant

As our customer service representative and sales assistant, you are reporting directly to the Senior Area Sales Manager of Romania. You will play the key role in supporting our sales team and customers (dealers), being interactive with colleagues in Bulgaria, Romania and Moldova and more regions coming up soon.


 

You are responsible for

 

  • Execution of sales and purchase orders and accepting deliveries.

 

  • Issuing invoices and delivery notes. 

 

  • Effective communication with the warehouses for loading instructions and all related for prompt and quality of the loading/delivery.

 

  • Reliable and direct communication between customer and warehouse for customer order processing.

 

  • Issuing and archiving commercial documents.

 

  • Supporting with complaints handling and self-assessment of the complaints where needed. 

 

  • Preparation of warehouse and sales reports.

 

  • Initial verification of customers and cost invoices.

 

  • Operating the telephone exchange and providing basic information to customers.

 

  • Support in preparation of quality documents (specifications, certificates, questionnaires).

 

  • Planning and forecasting raw materials, ordering packaging, think of big bags, including data sheet etc.

 

  • Participation in inventory/stock taking (with the whole team), inventory level planning and sales plan registration.

 

  • Management of outgoing and incoming correspondence, registration of documents.
     

  • Coordinating the flow of documents such as orders and contracts. 

 

  • Playing part in positive representation of ICL group.

 


Your requirements are

 

  • At least 2-3 year of experience in Customer Service role or Sales Support.

 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

 

  • Fluent in English language, both written and spoken.

 

  • SAP knowledge and experience. QAD knowledge is an advantage.

 

  • Strong communication skills, proactivity, and time management.
