This is an all-round end-to-end Corporate Recruiter role. You will partner with the different business units and local HR colleagues to support their recruitment needs to find high quality candidates within an agreed timeline and budget where we offer high service levels and a great candidate experience.
About the job:
You will become part of the HR team in the UK and the wider Talent Acquisition team in Europe. Your scope will be all locations and business units in our hub in the UK.
We set the bar high to search, attract and recruit the best possible people in some niche target audiences like agriculture and chemicals. We accept the challenges of filling the hard-to-fill positions and you love to try creative approaches to attract talent and keep things current. If you have an idea, no matter how crazy, we love to hear it and try it. This role gives you the opportunity to work independently on a variety of vacancies. This makes this role diverse and challenging at the same time.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle (job intake, search, review, interview, and offer) for assigned requisitions within your scope (mostly permanent roles and support for temporary or interim assignments where needed).
- Create the recruitment strategy per Job Requisition in close collaboration with the hiring managers to ensure the right pro-active recruitment approach is executed and adjusted as needed.
- Contribute to and support the European and Global TA teams in TA developments such as Employer Branding, utilizing the ATS SuccessFactors recruitment module, Diversity Inclusion and Belonging and other topics.
About you:
We are looking for capable and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner who brings ideas, openness, and positivity. Someone who already brings experience of at least few years of full lifecycle recruitment in a corporate multi-cultural environment. You have a degree in HR or relevant field.
We would also look for:
- Tech savvy, meaning knowing how to work with ATS and using digital tools for recruitment including LinkedIn Recruiter (We work with SuccessFactor)
- Business understanding and knowing how to link business context to recruitment strategy.
- Understanding the foundations of Talent Pooling
- Interpersonal and communication skills to ensure great stakeholder management and create authentic relationships both internally and with prospect candidates.
- Fluent in English (any other language is an advantage)
