Unit description:
- The Supplier Quality Manager is a key role within ICL, dedicated to ensuring the highest quality standards across our supplier network and company sites.
- This global position requires an extensive understanding of quality management principles, supplier oversight, and compliance.
- The Supplier Quality Manager will execute and enhance the supplier management plan and in addition will take part performing critical audits to uphold our commitment to quality and safeguard our reputation as an industry leader.


What will your responsibilities be?

- Supplier Management Plan Implementation: Develop and implement the supplier management plan, setting clear quality expectations and performance standards for our suppliers worldwide, including (but not limited to) Supplier Qualification, Supplier complaint, audits, Supplierevaloation, KPI's.
- Quality Audits: Focal point for company sites to verify compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and international quality standards.
- Audit Coordination: Act as the focal point for audits on company sites.
Responsibilities include creating the audit plan, communicating it to relevant stakeholders, and ensuring its successful implementation.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify and assess quality risks within ICL, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures to maintain product quality and supply reliability.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing audit findings, working closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues, and fostering a culture of quality excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs, to maintain a cohesive approach to supplier quality and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Reputation Management: Maintain ICL's reputation by ensuring high-quality products from suppliers and consistent adherence to industry-leading quality standards through diligent inspection and monitoring efforts.

 

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality management or auditing in a global setting.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, FSSC) and supplier management best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines.
- Self-starter with a great deal of initiative and willing to contribute to a large and evolving business environment.
- Fluent in English.
