Global Procurement Operations Lead

What will your responsibilities be?

- Supporting the global procurement management KPI’s Processes – Define, implement, measure and track.
- Support the performance review process for procurement teams, helping them stay aligned with objectives.
- Reporting and Performance Tracking: Maintain the reporting and data infrastructure to track the performance of teams and initiatives, providing management tools to support impact-focused goals.
- Implementing tools to optimizing day to day work procurement processes.
- Track and monitor opportunities for cost-saving initiatives and working capital optimization and collaborate them with the BU’s.
- Savings expert : Trainings on Saving tools and BI systems, BI Reports owner, BI Analyst.
- SharePoint global procurement management portal: Create, update, and maintain the portal content on a regular basic.
- Operational Support for Procurement: Lead operational activities supporting procurement transactions, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Internal Checks auditor according to annual Global work-plan.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy to inform, engage, and align global procurement teams.

What are we looking for?

- BA in Economics or Industrial Engineering or similar
- 3-4 years of experience in Finance or operation role
- Experience with SAP
- Process Orientation
- Analytical & Reporting Skills
- Fluent in English
