Job description
The ESG Corporate Responsibility Lead will work directly with the Global ESG director and the wider Global Legal & Compliance team on various Corporate Responsibility areas, to develop ICL’s ESG strategy, projects, and initiatives

 
Main responsibilities
Support ICL’s ESG strategy, define goals and lead projects to embed corporate responsibility in the core of business activities
Plan and lead cross-organizational initiatives in the fields of ESG, emphasis on developing initiatives that combine innovation and creative thinking, from the idea stage to full implementation
 Monitor, track and control the various activities to promote ESG and meet the defined goals
Create and analyze ICL's annual ESG reports
Enhance global best practices and evolving trends to comply with future regulations and stakeholders' needs
 Manage data collection and materials for ESG reports and ratings in accordance with global standards
 Preparation of professional materials (policies, action plans, etc.), and ongoing training on ESG topics
 Responsibility for ESG external and internal communications and promote an ongoing sustainable culture of corporate responsibility initiatives


Requirements
Bachelor's degree in ESG studies/ law/ economics/ business administration/ Environmental engineering- preferable
Proven experience in the ESG field and a thorough understanding of ESG and the environment or related fields
 Proven experience in developing strategy and promoting complex cross-organizational projects under independent leadership
 Proven experience in writing reports and responding to ESG ratings
