Customer Experience (CX) Student

ICL Growing Solutions is driving a transformation in its Customer Experience (CX) program, introducing innovative, best-in-class digital systems and tools designed to elevate service quality and engagement across the organization.
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive student to support this journey. The role will focus primarily on leading and coordinating CX training initiatives — including Service Excellence workshops and development programs for Customer Service teams.
In addition, the position will contribute to ICL’s sustainability and ESG strategy by supporting a data-driven project to collect, validate, and enhance carbon emissions information for products at one of ICL’s production sites.
This unique role combines customer experience enablement with sustainability impact, offering exposure to both business process transformation and environmental data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience (CX) Program Support
- Coordinate and manage CX training programs, including Service Excellence workshops.
- Liaise with third-party consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
- Collect and analyze participant feedback, collaborating with Customer Service and Organizational Development.
Sustainability and Data Management
- Lead the data collection and cleansing process to build a complete and accurate product and raw material database.
- Ensure timely submission of data by relevant data owners.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure smooth system interfaces and data flow between platforms.
- Serve as a key user of the new CO₂ Emission system, providing insights and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Supply Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) data to Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently a 2nd-3rd year student in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering & Management, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Environmental Studies).
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
- Technologically oriented, with a curiosity for digital tools and process innovation.
