Unit description:
The Compliance department provides compliance services to all ICL units in Israel and India.
Responsible for the implementation of the ICL Compliance program in Israel and India.
A high level of service and business understanding is required.
What will your responsibilities be?
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Compliance Manager to join our Compliance team.
The Compliance Manager will report to the Global Head of Ethics and Head of Compliance for Israel and India and will be a key member of the ICL global compliance team, responsible for supporting and implementing the Company’s global compliance programs with a strategic, multidisciplinary, and creative approach.
-Design, review, and implement ethics and compliance policies, frameworks, and procedures.
-Implement the company's ethics and compliance programs and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional business partners to enhance governance and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations focusing on Anti-Bribery and Corruption, ethics and other compliance frameworks.
-Keep track of regulatory developments globally using technology-enabled methods and translate them into actionable business processes and controls.
-Manage and lead multiple cross-functional compliance projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with global strategic goals.
-Utilize AI tools, data analytics, and automation solutions to support risk assessments, monitoring activities, and compliance reporting.
-Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions to promote and implement innovative ethics and compliance initiatives and training.
-Develop, deliver, and enhance compliance training and communication materials tailored to different audiences.
-Identify creative and practical solutions for complex regulatory challenges while maintaining high ethical standards.
What are we looking for?
-Law degree or another relevant academic degree from a reputed institute.
-Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in compliance. Experience in a global organization is an advantage.
-Team player with great people skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
-Proven high learning capacity and the ability to master new, diverse compliance domains quickly.
-Proven ability to work with AI tools, automation platforms, and innovative technologies, or a strong capability to learn and apply such tools quickly to support compliance activities.
-Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-A "Creative Problem Solver" mindset – looking for candidates who can think "outside the box" to simplify complex compliance barriers.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with a strong “can-do” attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a global team.
