Compliance team including two compliance program managers and an assistant. Providing compliance services to all ICL units in Israel and India. Responsible for the implementation of the ICL Compliance program in Israel and India. A very high level of service and business understanding is required

:Areas of responsibility
We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our Compliance team
The Compliance Manager will report to the Head of Compliance in Israel and will be a member of the ICL global compliance team with the responsibility to implement the Company’s compliance programs in Israel, Africa, the Middle East and India
The compliance manager will create, review and implement compliance documents, keep track of regulatory updates and changes worldwide, implement compliance programs in the organization and collaborate with the company’s consultants, managers and employees in training and promoting and implementing compliance initiatives and work with various corporate functions across the organization and business units to promote and facilitate excellence in governance and continuous improvement in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations focusing on Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Anti Money laundering, and other fields of compliance. We are looking for a team player with great people skills, effective communication, and cooperation ability. Other key qualities for success in this role are unblemished ethics and business principles, proactivity with a willingness to learn, diligence to resolution and remediation of issues and effective organization, project management, and collaboration skills
                       

:Job demands
:Education
Law degree or another relevant academic degree from a reputed institute
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience (compliance/ regulatory experience, working in a global international organization as an in-house compliance function)
Good Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and procedures. Advantage- experience in international stock reporting organizations
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hebrew
Strong “can-do” attitude and hands-on approach, ability to manage, prioritize and push tasks/projects through
Strong multi-tasking skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and to facilitate, organize and coordinate in a collaborative manner
Solid, practical judgment in business matters, including with respect to risk assessments and compliance issues
Proactive, team player Excellent organizational skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail

:Previous experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience (compliance/ regulatory experience, working in a global international organization as an in-house compliance function)
